Are you currently serving on a board of directors or an advisory board for a museum or cultural organization? Are you looking for ways to serve with meaning, to lead with vision and purpose, and to better understand the critical issues facing non-profit boards today? If so, you are invited to join TAM for its inaugural Board of Directors Retreat, where you will not only be able to network with community leaders from across Tennessee but will be empowered by leaders in the field who will share their knowledge, experiences, and innovative suggestions on the following topics: The Importance of Investing in Professional Development for Career Growth, Steps Toward Better Practice, Flexible Planning for Uncertain Times, and more. 

Participants in the Board of Directors Retreat are invited to keep the conversation going, as they join conference attendees for the TAM Opening Luncheon.  These lunches are sponsored by Leadership Knoxville.  Limit of 50 people and 2 people per organization.
