Award submissions are being accepted electronically again this year with the addition of the opportunity to upload all support files including images, pdfs, documents, etc with your online form.

Once you finish all of your award submissions, we are giving you the opportunity to pay for all of your award submissions online through this page.

Here are the procedures.

1. Review the TAM Nomination Guidelines

Keep in mind that you will be able to submit your support materials with your online submission.

2. Download the tam nomination form 2014a.pdf

Use this form as a guideline for collecting the needed information for submitting your award online.

3. Go to the 2014 Online TAM Award Submission Form and complete the online form.

Remember to attach all support documentation with your online submission.

4. After completing all of your submissions, come back to this page and pay for your award submissions ($15 each).
