| | | Call for Auction Items! | |
|
| The annual silent and live auctions are a highlight of every conference, and this year is no exception. The silent auction will run Wednesday and Thursday, and the live auction will take place Thursday evening.
As always, we are looking for fun and unique items that will intrigue bidders. Books, tickets to events, clothing, art work, pottery, and bottles of wine from one of our Tennessee wineries always bring in the bids. Weekend getaways including tickets to cultural attractions, hotel stays, and dinner at local restaurants are also quite appealing. Gift baskets, children's items and other rare and unique items often create fun bidding wars. What can you bring to add to the excitement? Who can bring the most creative and coveted item?? Please print and complete an auction registration form for each item and bring to the conference with your auction items. An auction registration table will be near the conference registration at the hotel. If you plan to mail your items in advance, please contact Debbie Shaw at tnmuseums@gmail.com for address information. All proceeds benefit TAM and the services it offers its members. Your support is greatly appreciated! |
