It's not too early to register for the 2010 TAM Annual Conference, March 29 - April 1, 2010 in Nashville at the Loews Vanderbilt Hotel(hotel information below). Early Bird Registration runs through March 5. Registration Form (pdf)
Hotel Accommodations at the Loews Vanderbilt Hotel
We are excited to announce that the 2010 TAM meeting will be held at the Loews Vanderbilt Hotel on West End Avenue in Nashville, TN. The room rate begins at $105. The group code is TAM310.
You can register online or by calling the hotel directly at 1-800-336-3335. Be sure to use the group code when you call to get the special room rate. Extended through Feb 26, 2010.

Please Include the Following Details in Your Email:
? Your name, title, and museum
? The title of your program
? A 2-3 sentence description of your program
? Which category your program falls into – either school/teacher program; adult public program; or family public program
What you would need to bring to the table:
? Sample Material(s) for 1-2 Programs for Teachers/Students, Adults, and/or Families
? Examples include one or more of the following: brochure, newsletter, booklet, photographs on a display board, video, sample program from an event, sample teacher or student materials
? A Hand-out:
1. Should include the who/what/where/when and why about your program
2. Optional: Include helpful hints about what you learned along the way in putting your program together
3. Bring 30 copies of your handout to share with colleagues
? Yourself or Another Museum Representative
? Be prepared to answer questions and perhaps talk up to 5 minutes about your program
